Eurus User Agreement

Welcome to register as a Eurus user.
Article 1 Confirmation of Agreement
1. Before you become a registered user of Eurus and use the services provided by Eurus, please carefully read this User Service Agreement (especially the contents in bold and/or underlined). If you check "I have read and agree to the User Service Agreement", it means that you have carefully read, fully understand and agree to all terms of this Agreement. If you have any doubt or dissatisfaction with the content of this User Service Agreement (especially the terms involving exemption or limitation of liability), you may contact us at any time according to the contact information set out in this User Service Agreement, we will timely deal with your request or complaint, and explain according to your needs.
2. If the Agreement is modified by the Platform, the Platform will publish it on the Eurus website (URL:) in advance and it will take effect upon the expiration of the publicity period (7 days). If you do not agree to the revised agreement, you have the right to stop using Eurus services or cancel your Eurus account. If both parties agree through consultation, the agreement may be changed. If you continue to "log in" or otherwise confirm your use of the services provided by Eurus, it means that you have carefully read, fully understand and agree to the revised Agreement.
Article 2 Account registration, use and cancellation
1. Account registration
(1) If you are an individual user and apply for registration, you should truthfully fill in your age. You must be at least 18 years old on the registration date. If you are an enterprise user, you must be a legally established and existing enterprise, government organ, society, institution or other organization that meets the requirements of laws, administrative regulations, department rules and other normative documents of the People's Republic of China, and have legal employment qualifications and real recruitment needs (collectively referred to as the "recruiter"). If the registrant is your legal representative, You should provide us with relevant supporting materials (including but not limited to the copy of business license with official seal); If the registrant is an employee authorized by you, you should provide us with relevant supporting materials (including but not limited to a copy of the business license with official seal, authorization letter from the registrant with official seal, etc.).
(2) In order to better enjoy the services of Eurus network information publishing platform, users shall comply with the requirements of Eurus registration mechanism, provide legitimate, true and accurate registration information to Eurus and promise that the submitted information and published information will not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. You shall update relevant information in time if there is any change. You understand and agree that you are obligated to maintain the authenticity, validity and legality of the information you provide. If the information you provide is illegal, untrue, inaccurate or not updated in a timely manner, it may cause you adverse consequences or relevant legal liabilities. If the user intentionally provides false identity information or otherwise violates relevant laws and regulations or Eurus publishing rules, it shall be deemed as a material violation of this Agreement, and Eurus shall have the right to suspend or terminate the user account and stop providing services. The fees paid and revenues generated by you will not be refunded. In case of any loss to Eurus caused by false registration or publication of false information, such user shall be held legally liable by Eurus.
(3) When you register a Eurus account and accept the services of Eurus, in order to ensure the security of recruitment, you shall provide Eurus with real and effective contact information (including your email address and contact telephone number), so that Eurus can confirm your real identity, contact you at any time and send you an effective notice. In addition, the notification forms such as pop-ups pushed by Eurus to your browsing interface are also regarded as valid notifications to you.
You understand and agree that you shall ensure that the contact information provided is accurate, effective and updated in real time. If you provide inaccurate contact information or fail to timely inform you of the changed contact information, you shall bear any legal liability arising therefrom or any adverse consequences resulting from the failure to deliver or timely delivery of the notice.
2. Account usage
(1) You acknowledge and agree that Eurus will generate a Eurus account for you upon completion of your registration on the Site. Please note that when you use the Eurus account, you must carefully read the various rules of the corresponding service and use the corresponding service after confirming that you fully understand and agree.
(2) If there is evidence or Eurus has reason to believe that you have improperly registered or improperly used a Eurus account, Eurus may manage, close or take other reasonable measures without warning. If Eurus deems it necessary, repeat offenders will be immediately suspended or stopped using. If any loss is caused to Eurus and relevant parties due to your improper registration or improper use, you shall also bear the corresponding legal liabilities.
(3) In any case where Eurus has reason to believe that any conduct of the User in the process of using the Services of Eurus, including but not limited to the speech and other acts of the User, violates or may violate laws and regulations and any of the above provisions, Eurus may immediately take one or more of the following measures at any time without any prior notice: Offline, delete or require rectification of relevant information; Immediate cessation of service provision; Block user accounts, etc.
3. Account security specifications
You should choose a password with strong confidentiality and security, and properly manage your username, login password, payment password (if any), and verification code. You are responsible for all actions under your account (including but not limited to browsing recruitment information, Posting videos and courses, purchasing courses and services, disclosing information, etc.). Please do not trust network information asking for password or property, do not provide the above information to any third party for use, and do not engage in any behavior that may use the user name or password and have the risk of disclosure. It is recommended that you do not use the same password as your Eurus account in third-party applications. If you do not properly keep your account password and cause any loss or damage, you shall recover from the infringement party through judicial, administrative and other relief channels or bear by yourself. When you find improper use of the account or any other situation that may endanger the security of the account, you should contact us immediately. Eurus will actively assist you to deal with it. You understand that it takes a reasonable amount of time for Eurus to act on any of your requests, and that Eurus's actions in response to your request may not be able to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of such infringement, and that Eurus shall not be liable for such infringement or the consequences of such infringement except for any legal fault of Eurus.
4. Log out the account
You need to follow the deregister process and operation guidelines provided by Eurus official channels to deregister on the relevant function setting page; Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the following terms in the agreement:
(1) Once this account is deregistered, it will not be restored.
(2) During the account cancellation period, if your account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitration, investigation by state authorities, etc., the Platform shall have the right to terminate the account cancellation without obtaining your consent.
(3) After you cancel this account, you will not be able to use this account or retrieve any content or information in or related to this account, including but not limited to:
a) You will not be able to log in and use this account for delivery.
b) The personal information and historical information of this account (including but not limited to user name, profile picture, resume, delivery record, purchase order, revenue order, video Posting and course Posting, etc.) will not be retrieved.
c) The remaining balance in your account will be deemed to have been given up by you and will not be available for further use. You understand and agree that the Platform cannot help you restore the above services after logout.
(4) The cancellation of this account does not mean that the actions and related responsibilities of this account before the cancellation are exempted or mitigated.
Iii. Service Description for Individual Users
1. Job search services
(1) Users can improve their personal resume and relevant information through Eurus Resume module, as well as upload an independent resume.
(2) Users can purchase the service of placing the top resume. Placing the top resume can maximize the exposure of users' resumes, attract more attention from enterprise users and improve the viewing rate of resumes.
(3) Users can purchase resume optimization services, Eurus professional consultants one-on-one communication, tailored to users according to their past experience, maximize the advantages of users, make them stand out among thousands of resumes, effectively provide users with interview invitation rate.
(4) Users can purchase interview coaching services. Eurus will comprehensively consider the situation of users and their intended companies, dig out their core abilities, guide their interview skills, avoid interview traps in advance, and answer interview questions, so as to clear the trouble of job hunting for users and obtain high-quality offers.
(5) Users can purchase career planning services. Eurus will provide a team of consultants with rich experience to fully communicate with users and help users plan career choices and promotion channels.
(6) Users can follow their favorite universities and enterprises, after which they can view the homepage of the universities and enterprises at any time in the personal center, get the latest recruitment positions of the universities and enterprises, and send their resumes faster and earlier; Get the latest activity information of the university and enterprise, participate in the activities held by the university and enterprise; Keep abreast of the knowledge store content released by the university and enterprise to obtain targeted content.
(7) If users send resumes and use communication tools provided by Eurus to communicate with recruiters, the contents of resumes, communication behaviors and communication contents shall be limited to job-hunting. Users are not allowed to use resume delivery, online communication and other functions for junk marketing, advertising, illegal fraud and other non-job hunting activities.
(8) Users shall provide their true information and ensure that they comply with the provisions of laws, regulations and other aspects. If the aforementioned information is false or the behavior violates laws and regulations, the user shall bear the corresponding adverse consequences, including the employer's rejection of employment or the termination of labor relationship after employment. If any loss is caused to the employer, the Website or a third party, it shall be liable for compensation accordingly.
(9) When users post comments, users may make interactive comments in the services provided by Eurus (including but not limited to broadcast rooms, information sessions, etc.). During the interactive comments, users shall not post the following information: opposing the basic principles defined in the Constitution; Endangering state security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity; Harming the honor and interests of the State; Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination or undermining ethnic unity; Sabotaging the state's religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions; Spreading rumors, disturbing social order or undermining social stability; Distributing obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crimes; Insulting or defaming another person or infringing upon the lawful rights of another person; Involving politically sensitive content; Content that is false, harmful, coercive, infringes on others' privacy, harasses, infringes, slandering, vulgar, indecent, physically attacking, or otherwise offensive against social order and good customs; Content that may have a serious negative impact on Eurus; Other contents restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any legally effective norms; Other content that Eurus deems inappropriate. The comments made by users shall recognize the information as public information and bear legal liabilities independently for such behavior. Eurus has the right to review, block and delete the information posted by users and require users to make corresponding modifications.
2. View and purchase the content of knowledge store
Users can view the content published by other individual users and enterprise users in the Knowledge store and purchase according to their own needs. For purchase, please refer to the Purchase and Recharge Agreement.
3. Further education
Eurus cooperates with high quality institutions of higher education at home and abroad. Eurus displays its academic degree certificates and professional qualification related courses, so that you can make contact with institutions of higher education and further consult on the fields you want to improve. Eurus does not guarantee or assume any liability of the Institution of Higher Learning if you contact or establish cooperation with it.
4. Open a knowledge store
You can open Eurus Knowledge Store, where you can publish content, including but not limited to courses, videos, resources and so on. For details, please refer to the Knowledge Store Agreement.
(1) You promise that you have the complete ownership (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) of the content uploaded and published by Eurus, and have the right to publish it online, which is legal, true and effective. You shall not exaggerate or fabricate false information, and you shall take full responsibility for the content.
(2) You shall not publish, reprint or transmit any of the following information on any page of Eurus, otherwise Eurus has the right to request correction or take all necessary measures directly. The necessary measures include but are not limited to deleting the content published, reproduced and transmitted by users, suspending or terminating users' use of Eurus services, and you shall bear the corresponding legal liabilities for disputes, compensation and penalties arising therefrom. The remaining balance of terminated Eurus users will not be refunded:
1. Violating the basic principles defined in the Constitution;
2. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power or destroying national unity;
3. Harming the honor and interests of the State;
4. Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and destroying ethnic unity;
5. Sabotaging the state's religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
6. Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
7. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or inciting crimes;
8. Insulting or defaming others or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
9. Inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration or gathering crowds to disturb social order;
10. Contents of discrimination, such as ethnic discrimination, regional discrimination, gender discrimination, religious discrimination, etc.;
11. Content that is false, coercive, obscene, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, infringing on others' privacy or otherwise unethical or offensive;
12. Infringement of legal rights of Eurus or any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and other rights;
13. Content that violates other laws and regulations, Eurus online rules such as the User Service Agreement, and good customs.
(3) The release of courses and videos can be free or charged, whether free or charged will not exempt you from the degree of responsibility for the course and video, you need to take full responsibility for the release of the course video. The revenue of the Knowledge Store will be reflected in the form of "E-currency". You agree and understand that Eurus will deduct a certain amount of platform technical service fee when withdrawing. For details, see the Knowledge Store Agreement.
5. Security obligations
In the process of your use of Eurus products and/or services, we will take technical measures and other necessary measures to ensure the security and stable operation of the network and prevent illegal and criminal activities on the network. At the same time, you shall abide by the relevant laws and regulations and our rules governing user behavior which are updated from time to time, and shall not engage in activities that violate the provisions of laws and regulations or affect the security of the website, including but not limited to:
(1) Activities that violate network security regulations and endanger computer information network security: such as destroying or attempting to destroy Eurus network security protection measures, cracking, destroying, deleting, modifying or adding network services and related hardware and software facilities; Deleting, modifying or adding data and application programs stored or transmitted in the computer information network, including interfering with the services to users and the network by means of overloading, "mail bombing" or "destroying"; Using software or hardware to steal others' passwords or illegally invade others' computer systems, including accessing unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers, accounts or email addresses, or allowing third parties to access data, resumes or other information published, transmitted or transmitted by the Website without the consent of the Website; Deliberately making or spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses; Other activities that endanger the security of computer information networks;
(2) Using Eurus services to endanger national security, undermine political stability, disclose state secrets, infringe upon the interests of the state, society and collective and the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, and engage in illegal and criminal activities; To set up websites and communication groups for committing fraud, teaching criminal methods, producing or selling prohibited articles, controlled articles and other illegal and criminal activities;
(3) Publishing prohibitive information: in violation of the prohibitive provisions of national laws and regulations; Political propaganda, feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or inciting crimes; Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermining ethnic unity; Fraudulent, false, inaccurate or misleading; Infringing others' intellectual property rights or involving trade secrets and other proprietary rights of a third party; Infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others by insulting, defaming, intimidating or involving the privacy of others; Violating local customs and customs; Other regulations that go against the social public interest or public morality or are not suitable for publication in Eurus according to relevant EURUS-related agreements/rules/policies;
(4) Unauthorized sending of promotion, product advertising and service information;
(5) infringement of copyright, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of others, or infringement of privacy or other legal rights of individuals;
(6) Conduct prohibited by other laws and regulations and/or our rules governing user behavior, which are updated from time to time.
Iv. Service Description for Enterprise Users
1. Post job postings
After you have successfully registered as an enterprise user, you may post job postings on the Website for recruitment purposes (i.e. employers looking for employees) and post information related to recruitment purposes in accordance with the relevant requirements and authorities. You can purchase the service of urgent job placement. After purchasing the service, urgent job placement can be placed at the top of multiple pages. Urgent job placement will be prioritized within the effective time.
You understand and agree that you shall not:
(1) Release any information that violates laws, regulations and other normative documents, including but not limited to any illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hurtful, vulgar, obscene, and contrary to social order and good customs;
(2) Publish any opinions, notices, commercial advertisements and other information that are irrelevant to job hunting or inconsistent with the purpose of Posting job information;
(3) Posting false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading job information and other contents;
(4) Publish any information inconsistent with the job title and job description;
(5) infringe others' copyright, trademark rights, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights in any form;
(6) violating the privacy and security of individuals and the public;
(7) Use the functions or authority of the website to publish, edit and disseminate information, speech or content that violates laws, regulations and other normative documents, and is offensive or against weathering;
(8) Use Eurus products and/or services for illegal purposes;
(9) Use our products and/or services in an illegal manner;
(10) It violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the rules governing user behavior that we update and publicize from time to time (such as User Service Specifications, etc.).
You understand and agree that the information on Eurus is posted by users and is subject to risks and defects. We will try our best to protect your legal rights and good experience by establishing relevant inspection and monitoring system in accordance with the law. At the same time, given the massive amount of information in the service and the virtual nature of the network environment, we cannot review the legality, authenticity and accuracy of the information one by one. The information you publicly posted may be viewed by any other visitors or may be used incorrectly. You should exercise caution in this regard. In order to improve the success rate and efficiency of your recruitment, Eurus may post the job information to the third-party cooperation platform. You acknowledge and agree that Eurus will share the job information uploaded by you to the third-party cooperation platform for promotion.
2. Review and download your resume
You have the right to search the resume of candidates in the website, so as to find the candidates you are interested in, and further communication and understanding. You have the right to download the resume of the candidate you are interested in in order to obtain the candidate's contact information.
You should use the above information in accordance with the statutory or agreed purposes or ways. You should not do the following when you consult your resume:
(1) Use the Information in any of the Services for any commercial purpose, and disclose, license, transfer non-public Information or similarly make the information known to any third party without our consent;
(2) Without our consent, use the service products (including but not limited to resume information) obtained from the Platform for any purpose other than its own recruitment, or disclose, authorize or authorize in any way to any third party;
(3) unauthorised printing, copying or otherwise using any personal data of the employee concerned;
(4) Use relevant information to collude with headhunting consultants to complete the recommendation;
(5) Using the information provided by us for other unreasonable purposes other than recruitment.
3. After completing the purpose of recruitment
Upon completion of the recruitment service, you shall destroy the service products (including but not limited to resume information) obtained from the Platform, and shall not use the above contents for other purposes other than your own recruitment, or disclose, authorize or authorize in any way to any third party.
4. The launch of recruitment activities
(1) When you identify the candidates you are interested in, you can further carry out recruitment activities, through communication with the candidates, voice calls, written tests and interviews, to confirm the list of candidates who meet the requirements of your position.
(2) You shall carry out authentic, legal and effective recruitment activities and avoid any illegal or inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to: without consent, sending emails, phone calls, letters or other contact to the job seekers who disclose the information, impersonating others or using others' names to carry out recruitment activities; There are any illegal or criminal acts such as detaining the resident identity cards and other certificates of hired or interviewed personnel, or collecting property from laborers in the name of guarantee or any other name, or seeking improper benefits in the name of hiring personnel; Do not comply with the order of recruitment activities, unreasonable use of materials and resources provided by Eurus.
5. Headhunting services
Headhunting services are provided by Eurus, its affiliates or the third parties authorized by Eurus. Headhunting services include three categories: First, after fully communicating with you about your needs, EURus, its affiliates or the third parties authorized by EURus will provide the whole process services from post Posting to employee entry, relying on the talent reserve of EURus, its affiliates or the third parties authorized by EURus. Second, after you post your requirements, a team of professional consultants from Eurus and its affiliates or third parties authorized by Eurus will provide a staged service from the Posting of the position to the interview of the candidate, providing a batch of candidates for each position. Thirdly, make a talent portrait according to your job keywords, and match qualified candidates from Eurus and its affiliated companies or the third-party talent pool authorized by Eurus, and send targeted emails to a large number of candidates to recommend positions, so as to accurately and effectively improve job exposure. If you need to open the headhunting service, you can contact the customer service of Eurus, the specific content of the contract will be signed separately.
6. Enterprise promotion
Eurus has launched the school-enterprise directory function. Enterprise users can edit information, upload pictures and videos, publish the latest activities, share courses and resources on your home page, showing your strengths and characteristics in a comprehensive way. After individual users follow you, they will see your latest developments in the Eurus website's school-enterprise directory page at the first time.
You can purchase the following services: Popular schools and enterprises (occupy the popular recommended position in the directory after purchase, further significantly improve exposure and attract more users' attention), enterprise Banner promotion (After purchase, Eurus and its affiliates or the third party authorized by them to create customized publicity programs for you, you can choose the banner of different positions of Eurus website, (After purchase, you can log in your home page at any time, in the "release activities" section to update the latest activity introduction and attached the activity registration link or participation method. The activity will be displayed in the Eurus website news activity and your home page, all users who follow you will see the activity push in the first time, to achieve the effect of activity drainage), further improve its exposure, attract more users, while promoting you to increase your post and courses/resources of multiple attention.
7. Enterprise training
Eurus and its affiliates or the third parties authorized by EURUS have corporate training services. The corporate training services are designed for internal employees and are committed to helping employees grow continuously, improving the overall professional quality of the enterprise and expanding the faculty. You can submit brief information such as training requirements and contact information on the enterprise training page, and professional consultants will communicate with you about specific requirements offline.
8. Open a knowledge store
You can open Eurus Knowledge Store, where you can publish content, including but not limited to courses, videos, resources and so on. For details, please refer to the Knowledge Store Agreement.

12. Infringement of legal rights of Eurus or any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and other rights;
13. Content that violates other laws and regulations, Eurus online rules such as the User Service Agreement, and good customs.
(3) The release of courses and videos can be free or charged, whether free or charged will not exempt you from the degree of responsibility for the course and video, you need to take full responsibility for the release of the course video. 9. Security obligations

(4) Unauthorized sending of promotion, product advertising and service information;
(5) infringement of copyright, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of others, or infringement of privacy or other legal rights of individuals;
(6) Conduct prohibited by other laws and regulations and/or our rules governing user behavior, which are updated from time to time.
V. Statement of Responsibility

Users are obligated to accept the supervision and management of Eurus and cooperate with the work of Eurus. If Eurus finds or receives reports/complaints from others that users are involved in one or more of the above behaviors in the use of Eurus services, Eurus has the right to delete, block or disconnect the relevant content at any time without notice. According to the circumstances, such disposal measures as warning, correction within a time limit, restriction of account functions, suspension of use, closing of account, and prohibition of re-registration shall be taken. The "E-coin" that has been recharged by the user will not be returned. Eurus has the right to independently judge relevant acts or contents, determine whether it is necessary to ask you to provide relevant instructions or declaration documents according to specific circumstances, and decide whether to resume the use based on the actual situation. Eurus has the right to keep relevant records of suspected violations of laws and regulations, illegal and criminal acts, report to relevant authorities in accordance with the law, cooperate with relevant authorities to investigate and collect evidence, and the user shall solely bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
If you violate this Agreement or other terms of service and cause any third party complaint or claim, you shall bear all legal liabilities. If you cause Eurus and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees to indemnify any third party or suffer punishment by state authorities as a result of your violation or breach of contract, you shall also indemnify Eurus and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees in the same amount for all losses suffered thereby.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Content, charts, layout design, etc. provided by Eurus services, which can be protected as works in whole or in part (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, images, photographs, maps, ICONS, audio, video, charts, colors, layout design, electronic documents, data, etc.), And all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to Copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc.) and related rights and interests arising from content created, organized or otherwise generated by us (such as artificial intelligence), As well as the development, operation and maintenance of the website operation of various source code, execution procedures, systems and data are protected by Chinese copyright laws, regulations and relevant international treaties. Except as otherwise stated in writing, the intellectual property rights of the above information and contents belong to Eurus. We enjoy all intellectual property rights and related rights and interests, not due to any use of your behavior and any transfer of rights. Without the prior written consent of Eurus, no one shall use (including but not limited to copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading, reprinting, using, modifying, renting, linking, compiling, publishing, scraping, manipulating or otherwise using any automatic program, script, software or device, such as any robot, crawler or spider, or any other means, Nor shall it modify, adapt or translate the software, technology or materials used in the Eurus products and/or services, or create derivative/products or derivatives related to the Eurus products and/or services, or use the Eurus products and/or services in part or in whole to offer the products and/or services to any third party, The source code of Eurus products and/or services shall not be obtained through reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembly or other similar acts, otherwise, we have the right to hold you liable and ask you to compensate us or others for the losses caused thereby, and we have the right to refer such acts to the relevant government authorities as appropriate.
You understand and agree that, with the prior written permission of Eurus and without any modification of works, elements or information such as content and graphics, the relevant content and information of Eurus may be displayed outside of Eurus pages or used for non-commercial purposes, and that the source is identified as "Eurus" or "Eurus.com", And that Eurus or its affiliates own the copyright in such content and information.
Please note that the logos and motifs of Eurus and its associated brands belong to Eurus. The trademarks of the business partners in Eurus belong to the partners. Please do not, in your own name or cause any third party, consent to or allow any third party to apply in any way for a trademark, domain name, wireless website, Internet search term or any trade name or service mark similar to the Eurus trademark. Such trademarks may not be reproduced or otherwise used without the prior written permission of Eurus or Eurus's business partners.
Vii. Force Majeure and other exemptions
1. Force Majeure
You understand and agree that when you use Eurus Services, you may encounter force majeure and other risk factors that may result in the suspension or unavailability of Eurus services. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events that have a significant impact on one or both parties. Including but not limited to typhoon, earthquake, flood, hail, government acts, strikes, riots, maintenance of information network equipment, failure of information network connection, failure of computer, communication or other systems, power failure, changes in laws and regulations, orders of judicial and administrative organs, other force majeure or non-action of a third party caused by the failure to provide or delay service, Or any delay, delay or error in providing information or data. (4) For all kinds of third-party advertising information, links and information provided by Eurus (if any), Eurus does not guarantee the correctness, legality or reliability of the content, and the relevant liability shall be borne by the advertiser; Furthermore, the contact or business between a user and an advertiser via Eurus services is entirely between the user and the advertiser and has nothing to do with Eurus. Eurus shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the aforesaid business dealings.
(5) Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, in compliance with laws and regulations, Eurus makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the information, content, materials, products or services on its website and clients;
(6) We shall not be liable for any special, indirect, punitive, sudden or causal damage or any other damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or interest, interruption of operation and loss of data) caused by any reason, whether it is foreseeable or not, no matter what form of behavior is caused;
(7) You understand and agree that we will fulfill our duty of careful review in accordance with laws and regulations. If you download or use Eurus products and/or services and cause damage to the computer system or data loss, you agree to assume the relevant responsibility;
(8) You understand and agree that we have the right to modify or discontinue, discontinue or terminate Eurus products and/or services in accordance with the law for the purposes of our overall operations;

Viii. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

This User Service Agreement shall terminate if:
1.Eurus shall suspend and cancel your user account in accordance with the relevant provisions of this User Service Agreement, and this User Service Agreement shall terminate on the date of account suspension and cancellation;
2. If you are qualified to cancel your Eurus account by self-service "account cancellation", this User Service Agreement shall terminate on the date of account cancellation;
3. This Agreement is unable to continue to be performed or is not necessary and meaningful due to force majeure. Force majeure refers to unencountered, unavoidable and insurmountable objective circumstances, including but not limited to wars, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes or earthquakes, strikes, riots, legal diseases, hacker attacks, network viruses, technical controls of telecommunications departments, government actions or any other natural or man-made disasters.
4.Eurus has the right to terminate all Eurus services according to its own commercial arrangements, and we will give you reasonable advance notice that this User Service Agreement will terminate on the date of termination of Eurus Services in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law.
Upon termination of this User Service Agreement, your right to use Eurus Services will terminate. Eurus will not be able to continue to provide you with any services or perform any other obligations, including but not limited to retaining or showing you any information in the original Eurus account, such as sending you or other third parties the information and materials formed by you. The termination of this User Service Agreement shall not affect the validity of the Intellectual Property terms and other terms which shall remain in force under their contents.
Viiii. Application of legal jurisdiction and other matters
The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this User Service Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. You understand and agree that if you have any dispute with Eurus due to your use of Eurus services, we will negotiate with you to settle the dispute. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Beijing Chaoyang District. Disputes between you and the employer, the employer and other user subjects shall be governed by legal provisions or relevant agreements between you and other subjects, and you will not bring a lawsuit against Eurus based on such matters.
