An established IB school in Xi’an is looking to hire a Secondary Visual Art for August 2025 start. They are looking for someone with at least two years of teaching experience. IB teaching experience is preferred.

1. Current teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, Teaching License, SACE etc.)
2. BA degree
3. Previous teaching experience, and strong knowledge in the area of teaching English to young students.
4. Proven collaborator skilled at working well with others.
5. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
6. Expertise in building active, collaborative classroom programs which develop a sense of classroom community and trust.
7. Proven ability to differentiate instruction and integrate learning.

1. Base monthly salary range:18000 - 24000 RMB before tax
2. Overseas living allowance 5500RMB per month
3. Housing allowance from 3500 RMB per month
4. Flights reimbursement 12000 RMB per year
5. Training allowance 5000RMB per year
6. One month salary as a contract completion bonus
7. Visa and shipping allowance, relocation assistance, international medical insurance for the teacher and their dependents
